“Let your voice be heard!”

Aims

Fostering debate skills

Through lectures, workshops and other activities students will learn how to debate effectively. Skills such as critical thinking, clear and concise argumentation and public speaking will be extensively trained through the use of both theoretical and practical methods.

Creating the leaders of tomorrow

Being a great debater prepares the students for a variety of work fields, as they gain invaluable transferable skills, as well as more self-assurance. Thus, we believe that our students will have all that they need to go out into the world and make it a better place!

Why should you apply?

Professional staff

Through our curriculum the students will have the opportunity to learn from experienced debate coaches, university lecturers as well professionals from the public speaking sphere.

Practice-oriented

We think It’s not enough to just listen in and passively absorb information. Through the use of the World Schools Style Debate our students will have the opportunity to participate in practice debates every day and apply their knowledge!

Great community

The BEST community is a great place to meet new people, form great friendships from people all over Bulgaria, as well as to get inspired! Participating students will be able to partake in a number of recreational activities and learn more about their fellow campers.

Testimonies:

“The camp was a surreal experience - a memory that I will keep and cherish forever. It allowed me to surround myself with amazing people who helped me to improve not only as a speaker, but also as an individual.”

- Kadir Kadir, FLS "Ekzarh Yosif" - Razgrad

“BEST’s camp was the perfect combination of fun and learning. Although I have competed in debates and original oratory before, my skills and knowledge of them have improved significantly. In addition to learning, our mentors also offered us various activities that helped us relax and brought us closer together. An unforgettable experience!”
